The mattress pad is available in a range of different sizes to suit the size of your bed. You simply lay it over your mattress and under your sheet and you can't even feel that it's there. The first night I used it I had the best night's rest I had had in ages. Generally I find that I do sleep more soundly when using the pad and this has had the knock on effect of giving me more energy to face the day with. I have also found that I have felt much more focused at work, an added bonus I wasn't expecting. As the mattress pad has the highest concentration of magnets of all the Norstar products it is recommended that you drink lots of water to aid the body to rid itself of toxins that the magnets encourage the body to lose for the best results.
